Our client was riding his bicycle home from work when he rode across the street in a crosswalk and was hit by a driver who failed to properly stop at the stop sign. The driver rolled through the stop sign planning to stop ahead of the cross walk. Our client was struck on the side, knocked over and suffered a back strain with a questionable annular tear in the back.
